About This Role
- Translate manufacturing business needs into detailed product and system requirements including epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with SMEs, process owners, product owners, and technical teams to ensure manufacturing data and analytics solutions meet functional and compliance expectations.
- Lead requirement documentation, testing scenarios, UAT support, defect tracking, and use Agile tools and practices to deliver incremental business value.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Data, or related field.
- 8–13 years of experience in business systems analysis, product analysis, or requirements engineering.
- Proven experience working with manufacturing and technical SMEs to document complex manufacturing data and analytics requirements.
- Experience with Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background bridging manufacturing operations and IT with ability to convert process knowledge into functional, data, and technical specifications.
- Experienced in facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders to clarify complex manufacturing and data analytics requirements.
- Comfortable working in global, virtual, cross-functional teams using Agile delivery, familiar with data-quality concepts, testing & validation, and possibly regulated manufacturing environments.
