Experience with GenAI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms to enhance analysis and insight generation.
Experienced in customer lifecycle analytics including acquisition, conversion, retention, churn, and revenue optimization, capable of turning insights into scalable business improvements.
Proven thought leadership in Decision Science, Analytics, and AI with the ability to influence business decisions through storytelling and data presentations.
Comfortable collaborating across teams including Product Managers, BI, Data Scientists, and Engineers to deliver integrated AI-powered analytics solutions.
