About This Role
- Lead design and lifecycle management of global SCM solutions covering Manufacturing, Costing, Procurement, Order Management, and Inventory modules.
- Own end-to-end implementation phases from requirements, SIT, and UAT to go-live for Oracle SCM systems including Fusion Cloud and EBS.
- Mentor and guide consultants while contributing to practice growth through refining industry-specific solutions and accelerators.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years in Supply Chain & Operations with 10+ years as Oracle Apps SCM Functional Consultant and Architect.
- Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules (Manufacturing, Costing, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Supply Planning) and Oracle EBS (R12/11i) including upgrades.
- MBA or PGDM in Operations & Supply Chain Management and Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent.
- Active Oracle Cloud Implementation Certifications for Manufacturing, Order Management, or Procurement Cloud required.

- Experienced in leading cross-functional and global rollout projects across USA, Europe, and Asia, demonstrating ability to manage complex, diverse teams.
- Strategic thinker with background in business process consulting and operations, focused on warehouse transformation, inventory optimization, and productivity improvements.
- Strong leadership in mentoring consultants and developing industry-specific custom/cloud solutions with integration experience.
