About This Role
- Own and develop the operations technology stack including WMS, OMS, inventory management, and fulfillment automation systems.
- Lead integration of operations tech with supplier, distributor, retailer ERP systems and APIs to enable real-time inventory tracking and automatic replenishment across multiple warehouse types and transit.
- Design and implement automated order routing and improve operational efficiency across key warehouse functions; build dashboards for inventory health, SLA tracking, and exception management.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-12 years of experience in operations technology, warehouse systems, supply chain analytics, or logistics tech within e-commerce or marketplace environments.
- Hands-on experience with WMS (e.g. Manhattan, HighJump, Increff), OMS, and TMS systems.
- Strong understanding of inventory management including safety stock, reorder points, and demand forecasting.
- Proficient in SQL and capable of scripting or collaborating with engineers for custom tooling; experience with API integrations between ops platforms and logistics/supplier systems.
