About This Role
- Source and procure various packaging materials ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards.
- Manage vendor relationships including cost negotiation, audits, and performance reviews to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and Production teams for new product launches and packaging development while driving cost-saving initiatives and inventory optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology.
- 2-3 years of experience in FMCG packaging procurement and development.
- Strong knowledge of laminates, mono-cartons, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Work Experience Required: 2-3 years in relevant FMCG packaging procurement roles.

- Experienced in end-to-end packaging procurement and vendor management within FMCG sector.
- Able to coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, R&D, and production teams for packaging innovation and launches.
- Detail-oriented with emphasis on cost optimization and maintaining quality and food safety standards.
