About This Role
- Lead Central Operations for Corporate & SME Finance covering end-to-end loan lifecycle including sourcing, documentation, sanction, disbursement, and servicing.
- Drive operational governance by defining SLAs, TATs, productivity benchmarks, and ensure strong risk & control frameworks with audit compliance.
- Champion process excellence and digital transformation via automation (RPA/STP), process redesign, capacity planning, and management reporting to optimize costs and boost customer experience.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–18+ years of operations experience in NBFC, Bank, or Financial Services focused on Corporate Finance, SME Finance, or related secured/unsecured lending products.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Management, Finance, Commerce or related discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred from reputed institution.
- Experience must include end-to-end loan lifecycle management and strong vendor/stakeholder management across Business, Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Technology.
- Work Experience Required: 12–18+ years in relevant operations roles.
