About This Role
- Manage backend bus operations including assigning buses to routes and coordinating driver and host schedules with bus partners.
- Handle operational issues such as bus breakdowns by arranging alternates and shifting passengers to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Track and report route deviations, violations, and generate daily operational reports; provide insights on route adjustments and maintain stop/boarding point data.
Minimum Requirements
- Engineering graduate.
- 3-4 years experience in intercity travel operations, logistics, or last mile operations.
- Strong knowledge of North Indian geography and willingness to travel extensively.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.

- Experienced in hands-on operational roles within intercity travel or logistics sectors with proven stakeholder coordination.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, shift-based (24/7) environment with strong data analysis capabilities for operational improvements.
- Able to assertively manage multiple vendor and internal teams while maintaining operational integrity and compliance.
