About This Role
- Manage backend bus operations including assignment of buses to routes and coordination of driver and host schedules with bus partners.
- Monitor daily operations such as route deviations, handle bus breakdowns by arranging alternates and shifting passengers, and provide daily operational reports to bus partners.
- Act as primary contact between Traffic Control and Multiplicator team, ensure training completion, initiate background verifications, and suggest process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Engineering graduate required.
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in intercity travel operations, logistics, or last-mile operations.
- Strong geographical knowledge of North India and willingness to travel extensively in the region.
- Ability to work shifts (including 24/7 availability) and fluency in English and Hindi.

- Experienced in managing complex intercity travel or logistics operations with operational coordination and vendor management.
- Data analysis skills to identify operational trends and suggest improvements.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders including local teams and international partners in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
