Experienced leader comfortable with hands-on execution and scaling teams in a securities or transfer agency context.
High attention to detail with strong respect for written procedures and ability to exercise sound judgement on escalations.
Strong data skills including Excel/Sheets and familiarity with scripting or automation tools, plus experience handling compliance and sensitive information.
