About This Role
- Conduct comprehensive life cycle assessments (LCA) for products and processes, including data collection, modeling, and analysis.
- Manage and update LCA data and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility, performing quality assurance audits.
- Collaborate with product development and sustainability teams to integrate LCA requirements and provide training on methodologies and software tools.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), EPD development, or product sustainability analysis.
- Proficiency with LCA software such as SimaPro (preferred) or One Click LCA.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14040 and ISO 14044 standards and experience with environmental impact assessments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in conducting and managing LCA projects with strong familiarity of related international standards and EPD development.
- Skilled in leveraging AI tools for data analysis, reporting, and workflow improvements, with advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
- Capable of working across multidisciplinary teams and sustaining collaboration to integrate sustainability into product development.
