2-5 years of progressive experience in Accounting Operations or Controllers within Record to Report function, preferably in a Shared Services environment.
Strong knowledge and practical experience with US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Essbase and Oracle Financials.
Experienced working in controllership/accounting teams within shared services or global finance centers with significant Record to Report exposure.
Comfortable managing detailed accruals and reconciliations in complex accounting environments to ensure balance sheet integrity.
Capable of collaborating with process owners to lead process control improvements and automation efforts in a fast-paced, transformation-driven setting.
