About This Role
- Own end-to-end strategy, architecture governance, and operational performance of Network & Security infrastructure across a global enterprise network.
- Manage global network operations including availability, capacity, security compliance, and vendor relationships for a network covering 29 locations and thousands of devices.
- Lead a team of ~70 network and security professionals ensuring SLA achievement, incident management, infrastructure modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
- 18+ years of IT infrastructure experience with 10+ years in large-scale Network & Security operations management.
- Proven experience managing global enterprise network environments across multiple countries and multi-site enterprises with thousands of network devices.
- Mandatory technical expertise with Palo Alto Firewalls, Arista Switching, Enterprise Wireless, Agni NAC, WAN/LAN/SD-WAN, VPN technologies, network security architecture, and ITIL service management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading global Network & Security teams and managing vendor and client relationships at executive levels in complex, multi-country environments.
- Skilled in operational governance, risk management, security compliance (ISO 27001, SOC, PCI-DSS), and driving network resiliency and business continuity.
- Strong background in driving service delivery excellence, operational transformation, automation adoption, and achieving measurable improvements in incident reduction and network availability.
