About This Role
- Manage creation, governance, and lifecycle tracking of master data records for hardware, software, and mobile assets in SAP systems including SAP MDG, S/4HANA, and Hybris.
- Administer and synchronise internal ordering storefront catalogues, pricing, and delivery policies for global accessibility and compliance.
- Resolve data discrepancies and triage technical lifecycle requests through enterprise ticketing tools ensuring seamless asset tracking and ordering globally.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–7 years experience in Master Data Management, Asset Lifecycle Management, supply chain operations, or IT catalogue administration.
- Hands-on experience with SAP MDG, SAP Fiori, SAP Hybris Backoffice, and SAP S/4HANA required.
- Proficiency in enterprise ticketing and workflow platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira.
- Attention to detail in data cleansing, bulk data migration, and data integrity processes.

- Experienced in complex SAP ecosystem environments managing master data and asset lifecycle across multiple global services.
- Comfortable handling cross-functional coordination with strong process governance to maintain compliance and naming conventions.
