About This Role
- Own backend feature development end-to-end including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Develop and maintain backend services primarily using Node.js/TypeScript or Golang, with integration and contribution to React.js or Flutter frontend/mobile applications.
- Leverage Agentic AI or AI-assisted development tools to enhance engineering productivity while ensuring code quality, security, and maintainability.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development experience focusing on backend engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience in either Node.js/TypeScript or Golang backend stacks, including REST API development and backend architecture.
- At least 1 year of practical experience using Agentic AI or AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Codex) in software development.
- Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with React.js or Flutter frontend/mobile frameworks and familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Backend-heavy full-stack engineer comfortable owning entire backend lifecycle with ability to contribute to frontend/mobile development.
- Experienced in practical application of AI coding agents, demonstrating competent context setup, output validation, and quality control of AI-generated code.
- Possesses basic-to-intermediate system design skills enabling thoughtful API design, service boundaries, scalability, and production-grade architecture trade-offs.
