About This Role
- Develop and maintain core high-performance software for a low-latency, high-frequency trading platform using modern C++.
- Design and optimize components processing real-time market data and executing trades under strict latency requirements.
- Collaborate closely with traders, quantitative researchers, and senior engineers to ensure system reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of professional software development experience; preferably in HFT, algo trading, fintech, or performance-critical domains.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Strong proficiency in modern C++ and solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computer architecture.
- On-site work required in Kolkata or Mumbai office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or strong interest in systems programming focusing on low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Comfortable working at the intersection of software and hardware including operating systems and networking fundamentals.
- Capable of operating in a small, collaborative, engineering-focused team with direct impact on production systems.
