About This Role
- Lead architectural design and development of scalable, resilient backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Optimize server-side logic and database schemas (MySQL) for high availability and performance of core identity services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact features integrating backend systems with user-facing interfaces.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a heavy emphasis on backend architecture and enterprise services.
- Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot framework, and building scalable, secure backend applications.
- Strong relational database skills in MySQL including data modeling, indexing, and query optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience; minimum 5 years working on large-scale enterprise software.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in backend architecture for high-throughput, secure enterprise identity services with Java and Spring Boot.
- Proficient in designing and optimizing backend distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and database interactions at scale.
- Collaborates well with product, UI/UX, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end features; open to contributing to frontend tasks using React and TypeScript.
