Experienced in managing end-to-end QA in Agile, SDLC contexts for complex enterprise SaaS or Supply Chain/Logistics platforms.
Skilled in interfacing across cross-functional teams including product, techops, solution architecture, and production support to manage quality risks and drive preventive improvements.
Proficient in leveraging automation and modern DevOps practices, with some knowledge or interest in AI-driven testing and test optimization methods.
