About This Role
- Lead application systems analysis and programming activities, ensuring integration of functions to meet business goals and deploy new products/process improvements.
- Resolve high-impact problems by evaluating complex business and system processes, ensuring application design adheres to architecture standards.
- Coach mid-level developers and analysts, allocate work, and drive compliance with applicable laws, policies, and ethical standards to safeguard the firm's reputation and assets.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
- Strong system analysis and application programming experience with proven project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years

- Experienced senior-level applications development professional with demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
- Subject Matter Expert in at least one Applications Development area with ability to adjust priorities rapidly and provide innovative solutions.
