About This Role
- Own and improve the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and support product rollout into production, including software quality assurance testing.
- Monitor and evaluate process compliance and product standards, identify risks, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend quality improvements.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, manage quality metrics reporting, ensure corrective actions are completed, and support the integration of automated testing practices within CI/CD environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in an IT Quality role.
- Proficient in Java, Python, SQL, Selenium, and hands-on test automation coding skills; knowledge of AI tools such as Devin.
- Experience with test automation tools, complex query writing, and CI/CD pipelines; performance testing knowledge is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
