About This Role
- Lead full-stack engineering team with Angular/TypeScript frontend, C#/.NET backend, Python3.10 services, including SignalR integration.
- Own project delivery end-to-end: backlog shaping, estimation, planning, execution, testing, release, and post-release stabilization.
- Drive architecture/design reviews, enforce engineering standards, ensure alignment with product strategy, and oversee quality engineering including automated and end-to-end testing with Playwright.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years software development with substantial technical leadership and project/program delivery responsibility.
- Experience in full-stack development: C#/.NET Web API, Angular 18/TypeScript frontend, Python 3.10 backend, and SignalR integration.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Notice period can be considered up to 15 days.

- Experienced technical leader capable of managing and mentoring cross-functional distributed teams and driving delivery accountability.
- Strong full-stack engineering breadth enabling oversight of architecture, integrations (REST, SignalR), and secure software delivery.
- Skilled in agile methodologies, stakeholder communication across product, UX, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams, with focus on quality gates and secure, scalable pipelines.
