About This Role
- Lead multiple avionics software development, verification, and certification projects ensuring compliance with DO-178 B/C standards (at least DAL-B).
- Manage and mentor engineering teams, including workforce allocation, performance management, and onboarding new hires.
- Drive process improvements, lean savings, and agile project management to meet stringent project deadlines and optimize resources.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years hands-on experience in Avionics Software development, verification, and certification.
- Strong knowledge of communication protocols: CAN, UART/RS232/RS485/RS422, I2C, SPI, and ARINC.
- Expertise in DO-178 B/C certification process with at least DAL-B level certification experience.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 12+ years; Degree: STEM degree preferred; Location: Hybrid role in Bengaluru, India.
