About This Role
- Lead and oversee the adoption and implementation of technologies, tools, and development standards within the .Net team.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to design, develop, and ensure software solutions meet business requirements.
- Mentor team members through code reviews and structured team handling while driving changes for efficient and effective strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in .Net development and related technologies.
- Proficient with .Net 8 & above, ASP.Net, C#, Microservices, Web API, SQL Server/Postgres, MVC frameworks, and Git workflow.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering is mandatory.
- Experience with CI-CD, Docker, or Kubernetes, and familiarity with business process alignment and technical mentoring.

- Experienced in leading technical teams with a structured approach to team management and mentoring.
- Strong in full software development lifecycle with a focus on quality standards and business requirements.
