About This Role
- Design, build, and implement front-end and back-end changes in the Financial Wellbeing Platform focusing on stability, resilience, and quality.
- Provide domain expert input on system development, integrations, and architecture for improved customer financial assistance solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to the Engineering Community via code reviews, knowledge sharing, and adherence to industry standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of work experience.
- Proficient in ETL development, SQL Server, and front-end configuration/customization (specifically Debt Manager application).
- Experience with DevOps practices including version control and Agile methodologies.
- Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid working options available).

- Experienced with financial services platforms, particularly those supporting customers in financial difficulties.
- Skilled in both technical engineering (ETL, SQL, DevOps) and domain-specific application customization (Debt Manager workflows, roles, user functionality).
