About This Role
- Lead delivery of large-scale digital engineering programs from design through implementation on cloud platforms like AWS and Akamai.
- Own design reviews, set reusable design patterns, and conduct code reviews ensuring performance and quality of microservices and front-end components.
- Mentor engineers, define engineering metrics, manage risks, and drive issue resolution across agile and waterfall teams in a CI/CD environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 13+ years of experience in Applications Development or senior Enterprise Architecture role.
- Strong hands-on skills in Angular frameworks and Java (Spring Boot) for API design and development.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, PCF, Akamai) and CI/CD tools (RTC, Jenkins).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader with SME knowledge in digital software engineering and architecture at scale within financial services or similar.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional teams and delivery under agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Deep understanding of cloud platform architectures and automated testing within a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
