About This Role
- Perform functional and performance testing of cloud-native database features, including developing test plans and cases based on feature specifications.
- Design, automate, and execute test cases, and support pre- and post-merge activities in an agile environment.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and product owners to isolate defects, troubleshoot issues, and assist in root-cause analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of software development and/or software testing experience.
- Strong skills in RDBMS, SQL, test automation, scripting (Python and/or Shell), and experience with Unix/Linux environments.
- Experience working in Agile development environments with exposure to Test-Driven Development, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.

- Expertise in designing and maintaining test frameworks for cloud-native database software.
- Ability to quickly understand complex technical and functional feature requirements and adapt to evolving agile processes.
- Proficiency in debugging, root-cause analysis, and leveraging AI/data analytics tools to enhance testing efficiency.
