About This Role
- Lead and scale the AI & Agentic Platform engineering team to deliver production-grade AI and software systems for manufacturing.
- Own technical priorities, architecture decisions, and cross-functional collaboration across AI, backend, frontend, data, and cloud infrastructure.
- Implement AI governance, evaluation, and observability standards while balancing innovation and delivery speed.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years managing or technically leading a small engineering team.
- Strong software engineering and architecture background with hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI systems involving RAG, agent orchestration, and workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures, DevOps, CI/CD, containers, and observability.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior Engineer, Principal Engineer, or Tech Lead background with transition into engineering management retaining strong technical depth.
- Experienced in modern AI systems (LLMs, RAG, tool calling), cloud-native microservices architectures, and data pipelines.
- Comfortable challenging technical decisions across diverse domains including AI, frontend, backend, data, and cloud infrastructure.
