About This Role
- Manage and mentor a technical consulting team of up to 15 direct reports, balancing 50% hands-on technical architecture work on Salesforce Industries projects.
- Lead internal initiatives to grow the Industries consulting practice including methodology development, team enablement, onboarding, and recruitment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving enterprise architecture, governance, and leading functional/technical workshops to deliver optimized Salesforce Industry Cloud solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years leading Salesforce technical consulting projects with individual contributor experience.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Must have expertise in Salesforce Industries Cloud, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, Vlocity OmniStudio or finance domain, plus strong skills in integration architecture, platform security, identity and access management, data architecture, and Apex design patterns.
- Experience with Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, LWC, and modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Experienced technical leader comfortable balancing strategic people management with hands-on enterprise architecture and complex solution delivery.
- Strong background in Salesforce Industries Cloud and related domains with ability to lead large-scale client engagements and architect scalable solutions.
- Proficient in leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining security and governance standards.
