About This Role
- Define and evolve the technical architecture strategy for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalable AI solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy AI solutions consistently across multiple projects and ensure technical governance.
- Hands-on responsibility to prototype, build, and deliver production-ready AI solutions, maintaining technical quality, compliance, and architecture health metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software/solution architecture with deep expertise in AI/ML or agentic systems architecture.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions including LLM-based systems or automation platforms.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture, integration patterns, and platform scalability.
- Salesforce platform architecture experience is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both strategic AI architecture and hands-on technical execution within complex, multi-team environments.
- Capable of leading AI governance and responsible AI frameworks with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working directly in code/config to rapidly prototype and ship AI-driven agentic solutions using advanced AI tools.
