Strong experience working directly with live production systems and customer data in high-stakes environments.
Technical ability to define and use reliability metrics (SLI, SLO) and automate operational processes to reduce toil.
Collaborative working style across product, platform, and support teams in an evolving Site Reliability Engineering function.
