About This Role
- Lead implementation of Scrum framework for networking and connectivity product development including software and hardware.
- Coach and mentor product development teams and Product Owners on advanced Scrum and scaling frameworks like LeSS.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, champion collaboration across stakeholders, and drive continuous process improvements internationally.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–16 years of relevant experience with 5-15 years as a Scrum Master.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Experience in project management of embedded software product development.
- Fluent in English; PSM certification is ideal but not explicitly stated as mandatory.
