About This Role
- Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for enterprise clients including requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Lead client discovery, demos, and presales solutioning to translate business needs into product solutions and manage client expectations.
- Drive integrations and troubleshooting post-go-live, oversee multiple implementations ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (BE/B.Tech).
- 4–5 years of client-facing SaaS or HCM platform implementation experience with proven large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Hands-on experience with HCM platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, integration patterns, and proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, Asana, or Monday.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex enterprise SaaS/HCM implementations with consulting and client-facing proficiency.
- Comfortable leading technical solutioning including integrations and post-deployment support in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled at translating client business problems into technical solutions, engaging at all stakeholder levels, and using AI tools in daily work.
