About This Role
- Own end-to-end design and delivery of persona-based training strategy and curriculum for Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud across technical and non-technical teams.
- Scale training intensity by wave complexity and maintain an enablement library including guides, videos, onboarding modules, and FAQs.
- Act as offshore agile coaching anchor reinforcing SAFe practices, running workshops and office hours globally, and embedding AI adoption into training content.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in Atlassian administration/SME roles and enterprise training or enablement leadership with deep hands-on Jira and Confluence expertise (cloud preferred).
- Agile coaching certification (SAFe SPC/RTE, Scrum Alliance, or equivalent) with practical coaching experience.
- Proven experience designing and delivering persona-based training programs for global audiences across multiple time zones.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in scaling training programs in enterprise and complex project environments, especially with Jira/Confluence Cloud.
- Strong facilitation and content development skills across written, video, and live formats, comfortable with LMS tools.
- Familiar with SAFe agile frameworks and embedding AI capabilities into routine agile adoption; experience collaborating with OCM functions is a plus.
