About This Role
- Convert business/product requirements into structured technical artefacts (specifications, API contracts, diagrams, acceptance criteria) to enable AI-driven development.
- Use AI tools to generate, validate, optimise, and secure code; design and maintain scalable backend and frontend systems with .NET, Node.js, React, Next.js.
- Reduce manual engineering effort via automation, create reusable AI prompts/workflows, and document architecture/engineering patterns.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong coding skills in at least one: .NET, Node.js, TypeScript, or React.
- Experience in API development (REST and/or GraphQL) and understanding of relational/NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor) and strong prompt-engineering skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable operating in an AI-first engineering environment, leveraging AI as a development partner rather than just a utility.
- Experience with structured technical specification creation and system design to drive AI-assisted software delivery.
- Background in scalable backend/frontend development with automation-first and design-first mindset, ideally familiar with fast-paced or startup environments.
