About This Role
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Manhattan WMS, Blue Yonder, or HighJump including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, solution design artifacts, and project documentation; coordinate between client stakeholders and onsite/offshore teams.
- Drive solution validation across development, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployment; mentor junior team members and support project planning and quality review.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years experience in Manhattan WMS, Blue Yonder WMS, or HighJump implementation, configuration, or support.
- Experience leading functional design, testing, deployment, and stabilization for warehouse management systems.
- Degree required: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech or equivalent from accredited university.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, or Chennai with shift timings 11 AM–8 PM or 2 PM–11 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to lead complex warehouse and logistics digital transformation projects with cross-functional teams across onsite and offshore models.
- Strong domain expertise in warehouse management, transportation, 3PL, or carrier management processes with hands-on experience in software lifecycle activities.
- Experienced in operationalizing warehouse management software in industries like automobiles, high tech, life sciences, or consumer products.
