About This Role
- Build and maintain production-grade AI-driven software including APIs, workflow engines, and microservices using modern engineering practices.
- Design and implement agentic AI workflows that integrate LLMs, tools, APIs, and business processes for scalable automation.
- Lead technical delivery for features and workstreams, provide hands-on mentorship, and establish AI-assisted development practices within the team.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience with proven leadership of complex technical workstreams.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (including ASP.NET Core) and experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI workflow orchestration, agentic AI patterns, and integrating AI systems with databases and APIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading delivery of AI-enabled workflow automation and production software involving microservices and distributed systems.
- Comfortable working hands-on in codebase while influencing architecture and fostering adoption of AI-driven engineering workflows.
- Skilled in balancing delivery speed, scalability, reliability, and security in enterprise-grade SaaS or cloud-native environments.
