Work timing requires availability aligned to US Eastern Time zone meetings (06:00 AM–11:30 AM ET) with flexibility for remaining hours.
Experience leading multiple cross-functional Agile teams in large-scale environments using SAFe framework.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with proven leadership and decision-making in Agile settings.
Background or understanding of banking/financial services technology and contact center applications is preferred.
