COE Head – Infrastructure & Cloud Management

Lead the offshore Infrastructure & Cloud Management (ICM) Practice and COE capability organization, accountable for solutioning, strategic pursuits, capability development, and delivery outcomes.

Own technical strategy, solution architecture governance, proposal quality, and resource mobilization for large, complex RFPs and strategic pursuits.

Drive development of service offerings, accelerators, AI-enabled operations capabilities, and manage delivery health, technical quality, escalations, and overall operational maturity across the ICM portfolio.

20+ years in IT services, infrastructure/cloud services, managed services, or consulting.

Strong expertise in Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, AI/AIOps, and experience leading large COEs or delivery organizations.

Proven experience winning and delivering at least one large complex RFP with solutioning and technical leadership.

Experience with AWS, GCP, Oracle, and Microsoft ecosystems; strong delivery governance and stakeholder management skills.

Experienced leader able to govern federated SME organizations and drive capability and offering development aligned to organizational growth targets.

Deep domain expertise in managed infrastructure and cloud operating models, SRE, observability, automation, and AI-enabled operations.

Demonstrated ability to build reusable IP, accelerators, and negotiate large, complex technical deals in a global IT services context.
