Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in Mall Operations, Real Estate, Hotel, or Construction industry.
Location: On-site in Ludhiana, Punjab.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48 hours per week.
Experienced in managing multi-team coordination with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focusing on operational procedures.
Comfortable handling compliance audits, documentation control, and usage of technology-enabled reporting tools.
Familiar with mall or real estate operational environments and capable of managing data-driven reporting and trend analysis for site management.
