About This Role
- Own and evolve Teachmint's business finance function, including financial strategy, reporting frameworks, and dashboards for CFO and leadership.
- Lead incentive governance: end-to-end ownership of incentive policy, budget variance approvals, and proactive cost efficiency risk management.
- Manage weekly and monthly MIS reporting with narrative, design financial transaction reconciliation controls, and mentor at least one direct report.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 8 years post-qualification experience with CA, CFA, or MBA credentials.
- Senior-level FP&A/business finance experience including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and MIS reporting.
- Advanced Excel or related financial modeling, forecasting and reporting skills with proven ability to build models independently.
- Location: Bengaluru-based; experience managing large financial datasets and financial controls design.

- Experienced leader confident working closely with CFO and senior leadership with minimal supervision, owning high-visibility finance functions.
- Strong analytical thinker skilled in converting complex financial data into actionable decisions and effective stakeholder management.
- Has exposure to cost control, spend management, working capital, and financial controls, including process design/redesign.
