About This Role
- Lead financial strategy and business planning in alignment with property and brand goals to maximize ROI.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related field with at least 2 years of experience, OR Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related field with no experience required.
- Experience in finance and accounting or related professional area.
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years if bachelor's degree holder; no experience required if master's degree holder.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in strategic financial planning within property or hospitality sectors or similar environment.
- Proven leadership skills to manage teams and communicate financial strategies clearly to stakeholders and executive management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities including compliance, audits, and financial reporting under operational controls.
