About This Role
- Manage and administer enterprise Apple devices using JAMF Pro and other MDM tools to ensure secure, compliant, and high-performing mobile infrastructure.
- Develop and implement automated workflows for device provisioning, software deployment, patching, and compliance using scripting and JAMF API integration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build or support custom scripts, APIs, and application integrations to streamline device management and mobile app deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree relevant to the role.
- 5 to 9 years of experience as a macOS Engineer or Systems Administrator specializing in Apple device management.
- Deep expertise with JAMF Pro and the Apple ecosystem (macOS, iOS); proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
- JAMF 200 or 300 certification; familiarity with Apple Business Manager, DEP, VPP, and understanding of MDM tools such as Intune.

- Experienced in regulated industry environments like healthcare or finance with mobile security and compliance frameworks knowledge.
- Skilled in automation, API integration, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes related to mobile app deployment.
- Capable of operating independently within fast-paced, cross-functional global teams to manage complex device management and deployment tasks.
