Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant IAM and security operations roles.
Experienced operator with strong technical troubleshooting skills across Saviynt, Microsoft identity platforms, and enterprise IAM integrations.
Comfortable working in a high-control, regulated enterprise environment with cross-functional collaboration between Security, Infrastructure, HRIS, and Audit.
Demonstrated ability to improve IAM operational stability, access accuracy, privileged access monitoring, and automation/reporting to reduce manual work and incident recurrence.
