About This Role
- Review, build, and validate financial and valuation models for client transactions across the project lifecycle.
- Lead and manage engagement teams delivering business modeling and financial advisory services supporting M&A, restructuring, and strategic decisions.
- Ensure quality control of client deliverables and provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members while collaborating with cross-functional global teams.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA in Finance from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute or CA qualification.
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in Financial Modeling & Valuation or Corporate Finance roles, preferably with debt raising exposure.
- 3+ years of direct hands-on experience in financial modeling and valuation.
- Location requirement: Gurgaon or Bangalore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in valuation consulting services supporting M&A, corporate restructuring, financial feasibility, and strategic planning.
- Capable of managing and leading teams with responsibility for quality and risk management across engagements.
- Strong client interaction skills with senior managers and partners in the US market, including practice and client development experience.
