About This Role
- Guide and support clients through M&A initiatives focused on Finance and Operations workstreams including carve-outs, integrations, and operational transitions.
- Develop client deliverables using financial modeling, business case development, data analysis and strategic insights to reduce transaction risks and capture synergies.
- Manage specific work streams within engagements including planning, coordinating, scope management, and mentoring junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA degree is mandatory.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, specifically in M&A and consulting.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Pune.
- Experience with Finance and Operations domains (Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing) relevant to M&A integration and carve-out projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing M&A projects with a focus on operational and financial integration.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
- Capable of independently handling client interactions and leading multiple workstreams including mentoring junior team members.
