Experience with Finance and Operations domains (Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing) relevant to M&A integration and carve-out projects.
Experienced in managing M&A projects with a focus on operational and financial integration.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
Capable of independently handling client interactions and leading multiple workstreams including mentoring junior team members.
