About This Role
- Lead and manage specific work streams in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) projects focusing on strategy, synergy identification, and risk reduction.
- Develop client deliverables including financial modeling, business case development, and analytics to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Engage with clients through interviews, workshops, and presentations; manage project components and mentor junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA degree is mandatory; Engineering undergraduate degree preferred but not mandatory.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting or M&A advisory roles.
- Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Pune.
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in M&A strategy, buy-side and sell-side advisory, due diligence, and operational synergy identification.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to develop financial models and strategic business cases.
- Capable of managing client interactions and mentoring junior consultants in a project management environment.
