About This Role
- Own the product quality for specific software products by creating test strategies, designing test cases, and executing tests.
- Lead planning and execution of testing activities across multiple projects, including establishing and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
- Provide technical guidance to the testing team and drive testing and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- More than 7 years of extensive experience in software testing with expertise in manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency in testing frameworks such as JUnit or Gherkin and tools like Postman and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with service-oriented software development in .NET and cloud-based technology stacks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading and mentoring testers with strong technical guidance capability.
- Proactive in identifying and implementing testing and automation improvements from concept to adoption.
- Skilled in analyzing bugs and root causes, comfortable working with manual and automated UI testing tools like Playwright.
