About This Role
- Own and grow company’s online presence and social media channels through organic and paid campaigns.
- Write high-converting copy independently for social media and newsletters.
- Manage design briefing, production workflows, and maintain visual standards while participating in marketing events for live content capture.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in digital or social media marketing.
- Location: Based in Kozhikode (Calicut), Kerala, or willing to work onsite there.
- Skills: Ability to write high-converting copy, execute paid social ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), and strong design sense to manage graphic/video production.
- Work Experience Required: 1–3 years in relevant field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with multiple social media platforms and paid advertising tools like Meta and LinkedIn Ads.
- Comfortable managing end-to-end content creation including copywriting and visual content production briefing.
- Has tactical execution focus and can coordinate cross-functional marketing event coverage directly.
