About This Role
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure full-stack web applications using Node.js, React, AWS services, and related technologies.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments across development, QA, and production environments.
- Provide technical leadership by coaching and mentoring other developers, managing project deliveries, and interfacing with customers and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field.
- 5-6 years of development experience with at least 1 year hands-on coding in Node.js.
- Strong experience in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, server-side development, NoSQL database design, and AWS cloud technologies (e.g., Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, EC2).
- Work Experience Required: 5-6 years in relevant software development roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack developer with strong expertise in cloud-native architectures including microservices and serverless on AWS.
- Proven track record managing full software development lifecycle with exposure to Agile methodologies, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Sonarqube, GitHub), and test-driven development.
- Ability to collaborate with digital organizations and client stakeholders, providing technical guidance and innovative, business-aligned solutions.
