About This Role
- Own general accounting functions including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Analyze balance sheet and P&L accounts, investigate variances, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Identify and implement process improvements via automation and digital tools to enhance efficiency in accounting operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 4-6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in General Accounting / Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ability to apply accounting standards in daily tasks.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Excel; exposure to automation tools like Power Query, Power BI, Macros, or Power Automate is preferred.
