About This Role
- Provide targeted micro consulting engagements to Workday customers post go-live, solving business needs through application configuration guidance, demonstrations, and troubleshooting.
- Deliver customer presentations, one-on-one consulting, and feature adoption reviews to accelerate Workday feature usage and business goal achievement.
- Contribute to creation of new programs to drive customer feature adoption and maintain up-to-date Workday certifications and product knowledge.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience in Human Capital Management software and consulting on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects or practitioner deployment experience.
- 10+ years experience with HCM and Security product areas; 8+ years of Workday consulting or SME experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience required.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering Workday HCM and Security solutions with strong understanding of HR systems and processes, capable of influencing senior leaders, and leading design meetings.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously, with strong critical thinking and communication skills to resolve complex technical and process issues.
- Committed to continuous learning evidenced by maintaining Workday certifications and staying current with new product features and industry practices.
